Lisa Plasencia brings more than 30 years of human resources experience with Fortune 500 and smaller employers.  Lisa’s experience is in various industries including finance, healthcare and manufacturing companies ranging in size from 50-20,000 employees.  She has functioned in key roles from Director of HR to Vice President, HR.  Her hands-on expertise includes employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, training and HRIS implementation. Lisa holds certifications in Employee Mediation, Sexual Harassment and Human Resources Management.
